We care about the people under the roof more than the roof itself. It shows up in bigger ways too. We have donated roofs to families who could not afford one and to elderly neighbors, replaced roofs on churches and veterans’ homes, and we offer senior discounts, because a good company should make its community stronger, not just busier.

The work has to be right, so we only put our name on roofs we would want over our own families: GAF certified installation, every component included, a 10-year workmanship warranty, and full insurance. We are certified installers of GAF roof systems. While we can install any shingle you choose, we recommend considering GAF products. Additionally, critical components we recommend including with any roof system replacement are ridge vent, new pipe boots, synthetic underlayment, ice/water shield and drip edge (code in GA)… these key components are always included in our roof replacement proposals.

In addition to our 10-year workmanship warranty on all new roof installations, each customer is protected by a lifetime warranty from GAF when we upgrade the components of the roof system to an architectural shingle. You are also protected by any mishaps as we are fully insured with General Liability and Workers’ Compensation policies. Copies are provided upon request.
